Over the horizon

‘Over the horizon’ is a phrase that I have come up against several times in my career.

When thinking about Operations Excellence and continuous improvement, ask yourself ‘why should I care?’

If you cannot see the benefit then you will not see why you should make the investment to join the journey.  See Positive Jaws…

If you can see the opportunity to improve your Operation then you are likely to going to start your journey to Operations Excellence – and lengthen your horizon.

So ask yourself the question…..do I care?
